Our SERVPRO team

Here at SERVPRO of Des Moines NW we take pride in the fact that we receive a call and normally we are heading out to that call within the hour. 

Our team is fully staffed with highly trained crew members, who are hard working, honest, trustworthy, loyal, quick workers.

The normal process for a job start to finish usually goes:

1. Emergency call comes in.

2. We assess the home and damage. 

3. We send our crew to your home. With the proper equipment that we will need to get the job done quickly and efficiently and we set our equipment.

4. We come back in a few days and if all looks well we pull our equipment and the job is done.
