I was extremely impressed with Miranda and her team!!

We had a tree hit our house and we called to see if SERVPRO does that kind of work and they did. the crew that is working at SERVPRO of Des Moines NW is wonderful! 

A huge thunderstorm came through last night, I called SERVPRO and Miranda and her crew were amazing! They showed up as soon as they were able to and got right to work. With in an hour or so they had the job done. They were very helpful and polite. I was very pleased with their service, if I need help like that again I will definitely be calling SERVPRO again!!!

Our home was recently hit by a tornado and I'm so thankful Miranda and her crew came out to help my family.  This was an experience that I wish no one had to go thru.  Miranda and her crews not only showed up, but they did what they said they were going to do.  Their strengths lie in their superior organization, as well as their extreme accessibility.  I was able to reach someone anytime, any day.

You actually picked up the phone.  I was so thankful for that because no one else was picking up.  Your project manager - Jordan really put my mind to ease during a extremely stressful situation.  Thank you for all your help in getting our house back together!
