Commercial Offices Flooded - Des Moines, Iowa

This business office had water damages as a result of a broken pipe located in the ceiling.  As you can see we had to remove wet drywall, wet carpet tiles, and detach the cove base moldings in the office.

When we got the call, our emergency response team arrived rapidly to the loss, was fully equipped and ready to start the drying process.

Once the broken pipe in the ceiling was repaired we performed the following:

1. Detached and set aside the cove base molding.
2. Remove wet drywall
3. Remove wet insulation
4. Remove wet carpet tiles where the adhesion was compromised
5. Apply antimicrobial treatment to prevent the growth of mold
6. Set up advanced drying equipment to bring the moisture down to the dry-standard.

After we determined the office was ready for repairs, our crew went to work and was able to finish the job ahead of schedule.
