Water Damages - Grimes

Water damage at this empty Grimes home was caused by a failure in the ice maker line.  The home was on the market and was detected by the buyers home inspector.  After we got the call we responded quickly and determined that the drywall and insulation was wet and would need to be removed to dry the framing before the repairs could start.  We set up commercial air movers and dehumidifiers to bring down the moisture to the dry standard.  We quickly started the repairs and was able to help the client be able to sell the home!
